JKB Communications is proud to announce the new arrangement between Julie Kim and Rammit Records. Davor Jordanovski who is A&R/Special Projects at the label had this to say about Julie Kim:” I had an opportunity to see Julie Kim perform live in Edmonton and I was blown away by this young lady’s talent. I couldn’t believe the talent that was coming out. Julie Kim was like a lion on the stage, taking control and the audience, it was well appreciated.”
Davor also mentioned that the label will be attending the MIDEM conference, which takes place in the last week of January 2004 in Cannes, France. “…Julie Kim is a very gifted singer and songwriter and we at Rammit are looking forward to working and developing some new material for the international market place.”
Julie Kim will be performing at the Kathedral, one of Toronto’s Hot Spot in the city located at Bathurst & Queen on January the 22nd ’04. Also, Julie Kim will be performing live on Toronto’s new Television station “Toronto One” on the variety show ‘The Toronto Show”.
Julie Kim has been invited to perform in February 2004 at the Urban Showcase produced by the Urban Music Association of Canada (UMAC), who are the co-producers of Canada’s Urban Exposure Awards televised on CBC Television nationally.
The show will take place at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) located at 100 Queen’s Park in Toronto. More details to follow…
