Markland Technologies, Inc. (MRKL) (www.marklandtech.com) an integrated homeland security company has entered into an agreement today with BP International (www.bpintl.com) which is a consulting management and security services company based in Centreville, VA.

The companies believe the partnership will provide mutual financial benefit. Markland will utilize BP International's contract and experience fortifying facilities abroad to expand the use of its chemical detection technologies and "trusted traveler" system. BP International will leverage Markland's expanding services at certain US land border crossings to further develop their skill level and expertise
