Vitalstate’s Temporary Restraining Order against DreamPak is vacated.
NEW BERLIN, WISCONSIN – DreamPak, LLC and Vitalstate, Inc. (OTCBB: VTST) have been involved in litigation regarding potential violations of a Confidentiality Agreement and other Agreements between the parties. Vitalstate was granted a Temporary Restraining Order which essentially prohibited DreamPak from marketing a Creatine product using a gel delivery system pending a Preliminary Injunction Motion hearing on the issues.
DreamPak is pleased to announce today that the Court has denied Vitalstate’s Preliminary Injunction Motion and vacated the Temporary Restraining Order. As such, DreamPak is able to market and manufacture any product, including Creatine, using its Gel Delivery System.
“The language in the court’s Opinion so strongly supports DreamPak’s position that we are in the process of preparing a Summary Judgment Motion which hopefully will resolve this litigation with Vitalstate entirely.” said Dr. Aly Gamay, President of DreamPak.
