Hyattsville, MD – January 29, 2004 – AED announces that its innovative software, CENOTRACK, a unique tool which provides a dynamic snapshot of network infrastructures and reporting can be utilized to specifically to aid companies rushing to comply with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act ("the Act") Section 409.
Section 409 of the Act requires that public companies shall disclose to the public, on a rapid and current basis, information concerning material changes in their financial condition or operations, including trend and qualitative information and graphic presentations. AED has begun the process of developing a Cenotrack add-in component to address the operational needs as it pertains to developing the body of both qualitative and quantitative information needed to meet Section 409 of the Act.
