2Much.net's MBase Model Sharing: Recession-Proofing a Company to Thrive When Most Take Dives
2Much attributes success to LiveCamNetwork 1.9. Website creation company claims its video and billing software as "the best recession proofing we could have developed."
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Montreal, Qc., January 31 2004-- In a year which tested the fortitude of the largest high-tech Titans, 2Much Internet Services thrived. Much of www.2much.net’s 2003 success is due to the second quarter release of LiveCamNetwork 1.9.
“We can be compared to iFriends, or rather the opposite of iFriends,” Prince explained. “A studio owner has performers he plugs into iFriends. Big systems like that incorporate thousands of models, so this performer has five, six cameras, different identities, to increase chances of selection. It’s expensive and complicated.”
With LiveCamNetwork, performers keep their identities and can be on many websites at once. Clients are drawn, via 2Much.net’s many sites, to the performers. “It’s easier,” said Prince, “more efficient and makes more money.”
“The MBase is a catch-all word," Prince said, "covering the performer grid and accounting program. It means Model Base, instead of database.”
Each 2much.net website had performers and traffic, independent of other 2much sites. “We combined these on a common grid for every webmaster to choose from. The traffic from each site too.”
Before LiveCamNetwork 1.9, 2Much.net customers were dependent on not only marketing their website but maintaining performer content on an in-house basis. Now, new clients are assured of instant content and immediate traffic when they buy the LiveCamNetwork 1.9 package.
Said Greg Jones, 2Much Communications Director: “You can sign on cold, with no content, and start a niche website, just by picking a certain type of performer.”
WallStreetGals.com, a long-time client of 2Much, said, “The LiveCamNetwork has already transformed my business. We maintain our proprietary entertainers, but we can grow our entertainment staff by simply choosing from the MBase menu. The software even rates them based on popularity."
LiveCamNetwork 1.9 was expected to bolster revenues, solidifying the foundations of new sites as well as expanding the potential of established operators.
“But it almost got out of hand,” said Prince. “We had to do something with the MBase accounting to simplify this explosion of cash flows. It turned into an octopus, a multi-dimensional cash cycle with no theoretical end in sight. And we did.”
“It’s great, I’m proud.” Prince smiled.
As more join or convert to LiveCamNetwork 1.9, Prince realizes there is strength in numbers. “The more websites join the network, the stronger both the network and each website becomes.”
In 2004, Prince plans a major assault on his market. “We have some fascinating creative applications for LCN 1.9. Two Vegas hotels are bidding for the software, and psychics and financial consultants are looking into creating live-consultation sites.”
2Much coasted through the “great crash of 2000”, expanded operations and client base steadily, hired staff and added marketing strategy services to the LiveCamNetwork package. Now that analysts are finally predicting Internet stocks are about to rebound, 2Much claims it will, "ride the new wave and bring our customers along."
