Virtual Assistants Receive Certification in Business Ethics

The IVAA (www.ivaa.org) is an organization providing Virtual Assistants with an opportunity to educate and develop personally and professionally. The EthicsCheck Examination for Virtual Assistants measures their business ethics. The exam has thirty questions that cover topics such as billing issues, conflicts of interest and confidentiality.

This certification provides Virtual Assistants the opportunity to show potential clients that they posses a base knowledge of business ethics.
