Wilson Productions to provide hosting and syndication of daily newsfeeds from the road.
Wilson Productions, a Las Vegas-based digital media production company specializing in multi-media, multi-lingual digital productions and syndicated online news, has reached an agreement with the Defeat Diabetes Foundation to provide online support for the Foundation's MR. DIABETESŪ WAKE UP AND WALKŪ TOUR via news websites and newsfeed syndication services via Vegas Buzz and Kawaguchi-Wilson News International.
THE MR. DIABETESŪ WAKE UP AND WALKŪ TOUR
Mr. Andy Mandell - The world's only 'Professional Diabetic'TM- has already walked a perimeter of the United States from Pensacola, Florida, to San Diego, CA, and then to Seattle, in the first leg of his THE MR. DIABETESŪ WAKE UP AND WALKŪ TOUR which began January 15, 2002. Motor home and equipment problems in winter conditions in Montana mandated a temporary pause. Andy is wintering in Las Vegas and plans to resume THE WALKTM on April 15, 2004 back where he stopped - Lookout Pass, Montana. He has walked every inch of thus far 4361.6 miles of the estimated 10,000+ mile perimeter of the U.S. THE WALKTM began January 15, 2002, after a 450-mile trial walk to Penasacola, FL, from the Defeat Diabetes Foundation Headquarters in Madeira Beach, FL.
The collaboration is considered unique and ground-breaking: For the first time in history a NEW MEDIA firm will provide day-by-day coverage of a live, physical event, currently not considered a priority topic by mainstream media. Moreover, the self-same independent news service will provide syndication of the news via RSS formatted newsfeeds, bypassing the bias and barriers of traditional mass media syndication channels. MP3 Audio interviews by any and all radio stations covering the walk will be covered by Vegas Buzz with appropriate credits in its syndicated newsfeeds, which include Japanese as well as English news databases.
