Bill Walton brings over 16 years of experience as

an executive coach and adult learning expert to his

clients. He has worked extensively in the Financial

Services, Pharmaceutical, New Media, Healthcare,

Consumer Packaged Goods, and Management

Consulting industries. Bill has particular coaching

and training expertise in Leadership Development,

Sales and Executive Presentation Skills.

While with Intro Inc., a new business consultancy

that provides strategy consulting to early stage

companies, he built turnkey sales infrastructures and

coached CEOs and their teams to build long term

relationships with their clients. Prior to Intro Inc.,

Bill was a Senior Vice President with Manchester

Inc., a leader in Executive Coaching and Career

Transition. At Manchester, Bill specialized in

coaching senior-level executives to effectively

assimilate into new organizations and assess the

leadership capability of their teams.

Previously, Bill worked for the Forum Corporation, a

leading training and consulting organization serving

Fortune 500 companies. While with Forum, he

specialized in such content areas as Strategic

Prospecting, Strategic Selling, Exceptional

Management Practices, Organizational Influence,

and Teams. He was also a member of the Merck &

Co., Inc. faculty that delivered coaching to their

senior leadership team. His clients included CIGNA,

professor at the New York University. He is a

featured contributor to Human Resource Executive

Magazine and an active member in The American

Society for Training and Development, the Worldwide

Bill graduated magna cum laude from Connecticut

State University with a degree in Business

Administration and received a Masters in Human
