Our client works with many of the Fortune®500 clients in many sectors including Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications.
The Managing Partner will lead the management consulting practice for North America. The Management Consulting practice advises clients strategically and operationally as to how major business transformation programs and large-scale enterprise wide systems integration designs can enable change in organizations and deliver specific business benefits. This influential position will be instrumental in creating our client's future corporate strategy to capitalize on its existing market share in the US.
Specific position responsibilities are as follows:
Formulate and execute successful revenue growth strategies
Increase brand awareness and market position definition
Provide leadership in identifying, extending and securing major new customer business.
Develop, maintain, and implement an annual operating plan, identifying key performance indicators with which to measure the ongoing performance within the business.
Personally expected to generate $5 million in consulting revenue per annum in addition to other responsibilities.
Oversee key projects in terms of delivery, manpower, budget, and client expectations and requirements.
Manage and develop the business practice by leading a group of consulting professionals (e.g. ensuring staff utilization, meeting revenue goals, and managing account profitability).
Provide leadership in the strategies for the recruitment, retention, and training of professional staff.
The successful candidate will have:
10-15 years work experience in a consulting leadership capacity for a Big-Five (or equivalent) professional services firm and proven senior management experience in a Financial Services firm.
Proven business development ability.
Deep and broad Financial and/or Insurance Services industry knowledge.
Proven experience running and leading a complete business delivering against aggressive revenue goals.
Outstanding communication, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills with Executive Executive Presence level polish and Executive Presence.
MBA & an Undergraduate degree in finance/economics and/or computer management systems/computer science
Ability to travel as and when necessary.
