Based in Orange County, California, Mr. Sussman will manage the company�s West Coast activities and increasethe firm�s reach in an area well known for its concentration of venture capitalists.

Mr. Sussman is an experienced accounting, finance, and strategic planning professional who has worked with a wide rangeof companies. He earned a bachelor�s degree in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio and a master�s degree infinance from Southern Methodist University. After starting his career in �Big 8� audit and as a Fortune 500 DivisionController at Southland Corporation, Mr. Sussman transitioned to corporate finance, completing $4 billion in M&Aand restructuring financings while with Wells Fargo Bank�s corporate finance unit. Since the mid 1990�s, he has workedwith more than a dozen companies to refine strategic objectives, develop business plans, secure capital, and manageM&A activities.
