SocketTools Library and SocketTools Secure Library 4.0 Released: Enhanced support for Microsoft’s Visual Studio.NET, Borland's Delphi, SSL and TLS security protocols with 128-bit encryption

Every Dynamic Link Library has been updated and internally there are improvements in the general interface. The result is substantially greater ease of use including 100% compatibility with Visual Studio.NET.
New features of the SocketTools Library Edition v4.0 include:
o Lower resource utilization and no external dependencies
o An expanded API with 18 libraries and over 800 functions
o A new library which provides an interface for the IMAP4 protocol
o Full compatibility with Visual Studio.NET, including VB.NET and C#
o New high level functions reduce coding and increase functionality
o Support for both synchronous and asynchronous network connections
o Improved support for multithreaded applications
In addition, the SocketTools Secure Library Edition v4.0 offers:
o Support for SSL and TLS security protocols with 128-bit encryption
o Ability to enable security features with just a few lines of code
o Support for both implicit and explicit SSL and TLS connections
o Support for client certificates when required by the remote host
o Support for using certificate files and the Windows certificate store
o Creation of both secure client and server applications
