World Yoga Celebrates Its First Birthday by hosting a full weekend of free classes and events to raise funds for the Lindsay Wildlife Museum in Walnut Creek.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) April 13, 2004 -- World Yoga kicked off its opening 1 year ago with a music concert to support the Save Mt Diablo Foundation. This year they are offering a full weekend of free classes and events to raise funds for the Lindsay Wildlife Museum in Walnut Creek. “Supporting the community, local artists, and raising funds for the environment has been at the core of our philosophy,” says co-owner of World Yoga, Toi Lynn Wyle, a licensed psychotherapist, yoga therapist and avid outdoorswoman.

In one short year World Yoga has grown to become the premiere power yoga studio in the East Bay. Wyle says, “Our typical student comes to us looking for a great total body workout, the kind of workout they have not been able to get at the gym. People are realizing that yoga can bring results to every part of the body while at the same time having the added benefits of relieving stress, developing mental clarity, and increasing confidence. Our goal is to make yoga enjoyable and accessible to everyone.”
