This series addresses the needs of leaders in the organization and includes both individual coaching and group training.



Individual Communication and Leadership Coaching

The Individual Leadership Communication Development™ - Leader process is individual, customized leadership and communications training. This process is often used to accelerate the professional growth of individuals who are destined for important roles in the company. A frequent description of the results of this process is that it cuts five to seven years off the maturing process for leaders. Some of our customers consider this process a key building block for developing the top Executive Presences to lead the organization in the future.



Presentation Coaching



The Presentation Dynamics™ - Leader process provides significant improvement in presentation skills for leaders in the organization. This is an individual coaching process that includes several sessions working on “real life” presentations. The goal is to enhance this critical skill for leaders.



Change Implementation



Change Agent Development helps the key leaders and professionals in the organization to implement change effectively in their organizations.
