Individual Leadership Communication Development - Classic provides proven approaches to improving communications and leadership skills for middle managers and professionals. The Individual Leadership Communication Development (ILCD) has a Discovery Phase and an Integration Phase . The process is customized for each client to meet his or her needs. We have individually coached over 2,000 Executive Presences and professionals since 1986. There are two ILCD processes, Perception Choices Process and Executive Presence Leadership Presence Process. The appropriate process depends on the objectives of the client and the experience level of the appropriate coach for the development needs. The Discovery Phase helps the client understand how they are perceived and what they can do to unlock their unique set of skills. Setting measurable goals and realistic expectations are the basis for starting this phase. Various forms of feedback and evaluation are used to provide a clear understanding of the opportunities. Specific, usable knowledge and skills are developed that will improve individual effectiveness.
The Integration Phase provides specific objectives which are the basis for ongoing coaching and feedback. The nature of the year-long Integration Phase is determined by the needs of the client. We include ongoing feedback and accountability, targeted coaching, telephone and email support, targeted learning materials (including books and tapes).
Included in the Integration Phase is an annual subscription to Coach Conversations. You receive weekly messages from our experienced coaches to help you be more effective in the areas most important to you.
