DR Online: Dr. Cynaumon, by no means do we mean to disrespect the direct response diet industry, but it seems to us that the "space" was so crowded with diet pill noise that most agencies would have thought twice about introducing a product, such as CortiSlim, to consumers.
Cynaumon: "Your assumption is both right and wrong. You are correct in that the diet product industry is continually saturated with more products than the public needs or can remember. The overarching reason that CortiSlim™ resonated so deeply with consumers is that it was different."

Cynaumon: "Of course. I've been called much worse. In fact, just call me Greg or this might turn into a therapy session and then I'd have to send you a bill."
DR Online: Okay then, Dr. Greg... what was the main difference behind CortiSlim™ that would make you, and your agency (Infinity Advertising) believe that you could cut through the clutter and help CortiSlim to be heard?
Cynaumon: "A very novel approach to diet products which consisted of: tell the truth, don't inflate claims, present the science behind the product instead of the smoke and mirrors usually associated with diet products."
DR Online: Can you give us an example Dr. Greg?
Cynaumon: "Sure. CortiSlim had the distinct advantage over all other diet products I'd examined because of its creator – Dr. Shawn Talbott. Dr. Talbott is a highly credible guy who works out of the University of Utah. Dr. Talbott has been studying the cortisol hormone for some fifteen years.
