April 27, 2004 (Press Release) --
Executive Presence is an Executive Marketing Firm. We provide management consulting services to executives and professionals who are in career transition, or just seeking new career opportunities. Executive Presence areas of expertise include the direct marketing of a person's transferable skills into new or similar industries, and expediting the successful conclusion to the job search.
Executive Presence has been very successful at directly marketing our clients to key contacts within all size organizations and into most market sectors. Executive Presence provides the expertise and direction in penetrating areas of the job market that go untapped by most senior executives.
For these services, we are paid a fee. When properly requested, current employers frequently agree to pay this fee as assistance to the departing executive. In many cases, the new employer has agreed to pay either as a direct reimbursement, or as a "signing bonus." On still other occasions, the client is responsible for the fee and must justify the expense based upon the benefits derived from avoiding the "lost opportunity costs" of being unemployed, or underemployed.
We have built up a large clientele and many relationships with companies throughout California and recruiting organizations nationwide. The results of this effort are shown in the number of open positions posted with us by these contacts in our JobLinks section of this web site, currently numbering over 1,000, with new ones being received every week, even during these trying times.
