INDIANAPOLIS, IN - April 29, 2004 - GCI Press announced today that the
new book "Overhaul" (ISBN: 1-891947-06-0), written by author and
fitness consultant Kris Gebhardt and beauty expert Angela Gebhardt,
contains a natural formula to enhance libido. The authors claim an
unexpected, but welcomed, side effect of this program is a
supercharged sex drive.
Twenty years ago, Kris Gebhardt was the poster boy for "overweight and
washed up." With no special training or advanced education, and armed
only with the desire to change, Gebhardt developed his winning formula
and discovered the key to turn it all around. Using the principles he
now shares in his new book "Overhaul", Gebhardt shed 70 lbs,
completely rebuilt his body and reinvented himself as a confident, fit
and successful individual.
What he did not realize or expect was how much being overweight, out
of shape and not feeling good about himself put a damper on his sex
life.
"In my own transformation of going from 'overweight and out of shape'
to 'super fit', I unintentionally discovered a 'natural and healthy'
way to supercharge my sex drive. At first this amazing phenomenon
shocked me, but then I started to examine the similarities between
sexual performance and working out. The physiological response of a
good romp in the hay and a good vigorous workout are similar:
increased heart rate, circulation, blood flow, boost in strength and
stamina. My experience has proven to me one has to be in great shape
and feel good about himself to have a great, fulfilling sex life!
This is the key to a supercharged sex drive, not some pill from a
bottle," states Gebhardt.
According to Gebhardts' wife Angela, beauty expert and salon owner,
"In my business everyday I hear women complain about their husbands'
lack of sex drive and inability to perform in bed. I just have to bite
my tongue and snicker that I'm married to a healthy and fit
thoroughbred, at forty-one, and after three kids and two businesses,
I'm proud to say it's a grand slam every time - every night!"
The message in "Overhaul" is clear. When you improve your body,
fitness and appearance, you also improve your self image and benefit
in everything from your career to your sex life!
"Overhaul" will be hitting book stores this month, and combines
Gebhardts unique philosophy of self-reinvention with his amazing body
rebuilding program. While also adding remake tips from Gebhardts'
wife Angela, a salon owner, the book offers readers the magic formula
they need to transform into a more confident, attractive, successful
and (now) sexier person.
