The newest version, 4.0, has made HandEchart even easier to use. Improvements include versions for both the Palm and PocketPC platform, an all-new user interface and improved ICD9 and procedure databases.
What is HandEchart?
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants must perform and observe extensive clinical procedures as part of their accreditation and must record those patient encounters. The traditional method of recording has been by paper which adds a lot of extra work for these students.
