OTI Creates a Dynamic New Website to Better Serve Prospects, Clients and Staff

ROCKVILLE, Maryland (May 10, 2004) – Oracle Transcription, Inc. (OTI) announced today it has launched a new version of its website which is now easier to navigate, refined and eye-catching, and above all, will better serve the needs of prospective clients and medical transcriptionists (MTs). The remodeled site is the result of months of substantial site evaluation, planning and redesign in partnership with ImageWorks Studio, a design studio from Northern Virginia.
The OTI website not only has a new look and feel, but also provides details about each of OTI’s key offerings, including medical transcription, coding, and its proprietary web-based interface - RMI. Visitors can also read customer testimonials, view current company news and events, find out about MT benefits and opportunities, and learn more about the MTSO industry in general.
Executives of the company determined that the old site was static, unrefined and in need of reinvention to provide more benefit to prospects, customers and other visitors. The new site is a fundamental step in the company’s plans to expand upon its position of a “single facility” provider to one that includes servicing larger healthcare networks. "We have redesigned the site to better communicate with both prospective and current clients," explained John DiSalvatore, President of OTI. "The key to quality service is quality communication. This website will help our prospective and current clients understand what we can do for them. We’ve always had the capability of servicing large, multi-unit accounts, and now we look the part as well."
