 Edmund Garey was first filed charges with EEOC on Jan 24, 2003-given the right to sue then, he didn't. On April 19, 2004 fired on same charges. This time EEOC gave right to file suit again,

Edmund Garey files Lawsuit Against Lowe's Home Improvement Inc, 2nd Largest Retailer in the US. Discrimination charges filed with EEOC for the 2nd time in one year and approved right to sue for the 2nd time.
