An interactive user forum has just been launched to assist considering ITIL implementation and certification/qualification.

The IT Infrastructure Library, ITIL, is a series of documents used to aid the implementation of a framework for IT Service Management (ITSM).Essentially it is a comprehensive and consistent set of documentation of best practice for IT departments.
To support this, a free to access, interactive forum has been launched to assist those who require guidance upon both implementation and certification. The ITIL User Community Forum includes news, an online discussion forum, papers, an FAQ and various other free resources.
It is intended that this free public service should become the portal of choise for those wishing to understand ITIL, and meet its demands head on.
