May 22, 2004 (Press Release) --
RxMedAid serves as a patient advocate to assist thousands of individuals in taking advantage of the Federally Mandated pharmaceutical indigent programs.
More than a year ago the U.S. Government mandated that the giant pharmaceutical companies
begin offering prescriptions to less fortunate United States residents at no charge. A
percentage of the profits had to be shared with the people. Since the program began,
millions of dollars in free prescriptions have been given out.
Although we believe it was never intended to keep this a secret, little has been done to
educate the American people on this opportunity. In fact, it is very difficult for the
average citizen to get information on how to benefit from the opportunity. With more than
1800 prescriptions on the available list there are specific forms to be filled out with
each prescription ordered and this is where RxMedAid.org can help.
Who Qualifies for the Program?
The government established rules for qualification. It said medications should be offered
free to qualifying income levels below $25,000 per year, regardless of age. That is you, or
anyone you know that makes less than $25,000 annually. We believe that everyone knows
someone in that category who could use this assistance. Elderly or retired parents,
grandparents, friends, etc….. can qualify to receive there mediations at no charge.
Why do I need RxMedAid.org to assist me?
In theory anyone can apply for this program. Here in lies the problem! The pharmaceutical
companies have established the rules for qualification and they are very confusing and the
forms are difficult to obtain. Each prescription ordered must have its individual
accompanying form. It is very difficult to determine which of the more than 120 forms are
to be attached with which medication. Although there are more than 1800 highly used
medications on the approved list, it is very difficult to find out if the medication you
need is available or not. RxMedAid has teamed with pharmacists and pharmaceutical
representatives having more than 30 years experience in the pharmacy industry to provide
this service to you. Through our network, we can qualify you and tell you quickly that your
medication is on the qualified list and then provide you with the correct form to order your
free medication.
What do I get from RxMedAid.org?
RxMedAid provides their service to eliminate the complicated process of obtaining
medications from numerous companies.
