The show will ask potential Job seekers to submit their resume, photo and two minute audio file on the employment site, RESUMEALLEY.COM. Those chosen to be on the show will be asked to pit themselves against equally attractive and qualified candidates. The audience will be allowed to vote for their favorite candidate but it will be the employers ultimate decision to make.
