Celebrity line-up for Mid-Western Christian Book Fair

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 28, 2004 -- Coralville, Iowa, May 28, 2004 --- Dr. Randy Ingermanson, the multi-award winning novelist physicist and computer geek, will be joined by Ron Knott, the Texas oil and real estate magnate and retired Delta Airlines flight captain, as guest speakers at the Mid-Western Christian Book Fair (MCBF) on October 1 and 2, 2004 in Iowa City, Iowa.



They will speak on �As Good Stewards,� theme of the two-day Christian book trade event that will benefit the Children�s Miracle Network, University of Iowa Hospitals.

"I'm excited to be coming to the Mid-Western Christian Book Fair and am looking forward to meeting authors and readers there," remarked Dr. Ingermanson, author of the award-winning controversial book, Who Wrote The Bible Code?



For his part, Mr. Knott, the philanthropic author of four Christian books, including God�s Guarantees For Giving, which challenges the widely enforced law of tithing among Christian organizations, expressed enthusiasm to speak at the fair.



Organized by Paashan Books, a Coralville Iowa-based book marketing outfit, the MCBF will attract Christian author, publisher, bookseller and book distributor exhibitors as well as Christian book lovers from across the country.

Major highlights include book sales, exhortations, inspiring gospel songs by celebrated Iowa gospel musicians like Jennifer Sergeant of Jennifer Sergeant Band, and Joseph Brewer of Time2GetBusy Band, and conferment of eight MCBF awards by the celebrity gospel musician Tim Wirth-led MCBF awards jury.
