June 14, 2004 (Press Release) --
I intend to impose a $0.5 Cent (1/2 cent) Surcharge, per share, on the sale or purchase of all registered securities (Stocks) and use these revenues to finance Social Security. This would amount to $5.00 per 1000 shares. It would apply to institutional transactions as well with NO EXEMPTIONS. I believe that at least $50 BILLION per year will be generated by this surcharge and will be able to keep Social Security as a viable support for our elderly citizens for many decades to come.
