This is part of the national expansion of both PML Holdings Group and its wholly owned subsidiaries, and the national expansion of PML North America and its merger partners.
PML Holdings Group, llc, has filed in the state of Kansas and will soon file in the state of Tennessee to begin its growth and expansion of PEO and employee leasing business services in those states. PML Holdings Group has majority interest in PML North America, llc, whose PEO members in the peo and employee leasing business are currently active in several other states.
This new expansion will put PML Holdings Group in five states, while its affiliate, PML North America, llc, along with its current member PEOs and employee leasing companies, will effectively be active in 28 states. These new openings continue the expansion of PML North America in the direction of a merger into one national entity in all 48 states and Hawaii
