Necessity of this contract is dictated by the impetuous growth of the operator’s subscriber base.
According to the agreement, the number of subscriber licenses for CBOSS (Convergent Business Operation Support System) billing system, CBOSSacc - Automatic Customer Care, CBOSSics - Internet Customer Service, CBOSSisp - Internet Sales Point “remote dealer” system and CBOSSmdDrive - external resources management system increases from 500 thousands to 1,2 millions.
The contract also envisages the extension of voice/fax mail system CBOSSvmail configuration from 100 thousands to 500 thousands subscribers and increase of the SMS center CBOSSsms traffic capacity from 50 to 100 messages per second.
Besides, MTS subscribers in Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovskaya district will now enjoy the results of extension of the popular Friends&Family option based on CBOSS solution.
Rapid growth of subscriber base is the best evidence of strengthening of the leading positions of MTS at Ural region. With the help of CBOSS solutions the carrier is aimed at further development.
