Ft. Collins, Colo. (June 28, 2004) — New generations are dominating the marketplace. Are you prepared? ACUI is pleased to present a seminar on changing generational demographics and their impact on business; how generations relate in the workplace; how managers can improve supervisory relationships; how different generations view customer service; and the differences in giving and receiving specific services.
At “Bridging the Gap: Creating Successful Intergenerational Relations,” Robert Wendover, director of The Center for Generational Studies, will give you strategies for improving communication among generations and help you address changing demographics and their impact on business and customer service Aug. 5–7 on the Colorado State University campus.
For the past 17 years, Wendover he has worked with organizations in industry, education, and government on intergenerational challenges and other management issues. His credits include CNN, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly, Supervisory Management, Human Resources Professional, the American Management Association’s Presidents’ Letter, and many industry trade publications. Wendover’s education includes degrees in psychology, education, and industrial arts.
