Christopher A. Grzebyk, founder and CEO of Home Pyramid, Inc., is the mastermind behind the new pricing technology. "We call it our Pricing Pyramid," says Grzebyk. "Before, a large number of bidders was a deterrent to interested contractors. Now, purchasing a popular lead is less risky."



Contractors are reluctant to purchase a lead if they are unsure they can win the project, or if a large number of contractors have already purchased the lead. HomePyramid.com accommodates the contractors' decreased chances of winning by also decreasing the price they will pay for the lead. Though this pricing system was created to help solve a problem for HomePyramid.com, the company has other plans for the patent pending pricing. The system can be used in any industry in which leads are sold. They are even considering licensing the technology to other interested companies.
