Kiev, Ukraine / on July, 15, 2004 - Ukrainian company " UniTel " has introduced a platform developed by company " IXC " which will allow to increase quality and stability of granting of services to clients.

The platform consists of the softswitch of 4-th class and the solution, that realized prepaid calling cards based on IVR. This solution allows to support various types of cards for the prepaid service with flexible tariff system on the one hand and to operate routing and quality of given service with another. The complex solution in which the softswitch with billing system is integrated, allows to simplify and reduce the price of support of such system.
