WHITE FOR BLACK BOOK RELEASED!
Emeka Willie Obiozor, an adjunct Professor at Sojourner Douglass College, Cambridge Campus, and former Special education resource personnel for Dorchester County Board of Education, Cambridge, MD, has just published a new romance novel titled: WHITE FOR BLACK.
WHITE FOR BLACK is story about a United States senator's culture clashing, and marriage threatening adventures in Africa.
The story was situated in the West African sub-region, with African and American characters, traversing the landscape of cultural identity, following deeply some personal, revealing and thought-provoking, humorous and emotionally devastating episodes. From the first chapter to the end, the reader would be thrilled and kept in suspense. At the end of this amazing experience, is a glossary page that explains some local African dialects and terms used in the novel.
“I’m happy to inform everyone that my long awaited action-packed novel WHITE FOR BLACK is now published and available at leading bookstores across the country. My second book - WAVES OF PASSION, will be in bookstores this fall. I am setting up a writers club – Delight Heritage Writers Series that would promote the publishing of poetry and storybooks of aspiring authors, especially students and retirees. My new books were the first of the series.”
The young author will hold series of book signing & public speaking ceremonies in Downtown- Cambridge starting from July 17 (At The Place On Race Café & Book Store, along Race Street), August 14 (with African Buffet at J.P. Diners Restaurant at High Street junction), and August 15 (with Washington DC-based author, Kristi Wilson of ‘Driving Destiny’ book fame, Bethel AME Church, Pine Street).
The events are open and free to the public.
Thank you.

SOME OF THE FIVE-STAR REVIEWS
WHITE FOR BLACK book is a didactic window on the dynamics of friendship, the vicissitudes of marriage, the frontiers of fidelity, the clash of cultures and generations, the might of money, and the socio-political and economic porcupines and challenges of other parts of the world. It is an emotion-laden tale of tragedy and triumph, a window on the real world out there, a lesson on patience, truth, tolerance and forgiveness, and I highly recommend it.
Paschal Eze, book fair organizer, former newspaper & monthly magazine editor-in-chief.

Obiozor’s writing shows great sensitivity. His depiction of his complex characters shows a deep understanding of both the male and female psyche. I look forward to hearing more from his literary voice. Caroline Cline.
Mayor, New East Market Town, Maryland, USA.

WHITE FOR BLACK is on sale at The Place On Race Café & Bookstore & could be purchased online at www.whiteforblackbook.com (Or call 410-228-3534 for more information).
