KAREN FREDRICKS COMPLETES ACT! 2005 For Dummies

Boca Raton, FL�Karen Fredricks of Tech Benders is pleased to announce that she has completed ACT! 2005 for Dummies, which will appear in bookstores in September 2004. Fredrick is part of an elite group of authors who have been invited to write books with �must have� content to targeted audiences. Authors of the highly successful Dummies series are generally nationally well-known and well-respected specialists. Her first book, ACT! 6 for Dummies, sold 40,000 in the first nine months and went into a second printing.

According to Fredricks, �Writing this book posed a variety of challenges. The content had to be highly focused and triple checked for items such as grammar, accuracy, explanation of acronyms, and ease of use by the reader. In addition, the presentation had to include enough humor to provide an enjoyable reading experience while providing instruction regarding the use of highly technical content.�



Fredricks has over 20 years of computer consulting and training experience in South Florida, during which time she has acquired in-depth expertise in the operational requirements of a broad spectrum of businesses. An ACT! Certified Consultant and an ACT! Premier Trainer, Fredricks was selected to host the Fort Lauderdale stop of the national launch of ACT! 6.0, which took place in August 2002 and attracted over 450 attendees.
