July 29, 2004 (Press Release) -- Sarasota, FL – Coldwell Banker Realtor® John Haerle announced today the launch of JustAskJohn.com, Sarasota’s online resource for real estate information. The self-titled Web site, www.justaskjohn.com, was designed by GravityFree, a local Web site developer, as an Internet portal to impart real estate information to the public.

JustAskJohn.com was created to accommodate the booming real estate market in Southwest Florida by providing an easy and comprehensive means of making the buying and selling process not only less painful, but even enjoyable from start to finish. The main purpose of the site is to literally “Just Ask John,” anything about real estate, from financing and title/deed issues to home inspections and interior decorating. The knowledge pooled together and offered on the site comes from a panel of hand picked industry experts in real estate and related fields. These experts include mortgage consultants and lenders, home inspectors, decorators, realtors and many other trade professionals - all accessible and poised to answer the public’s common and not so common questions about real estate.

“As a one-stop source for real estate information, JustAskJohn.com is based on the belief that providing customers with accurate and reliable information, and not manipulative sales techniques, is critical to best matching a customer's wants and needs. The result, our key goal, is satisfied customers. The Web site was designed to guide and support this initiative and is proving very effective so far”, says John Haerle, creator of JustAskJohn.com. The information is securely shared and entirely free to users.

While the site offers the JustAskJohn section for submitting real estate questions to the team of experts, it also makes accessible the MLS (Multiple Listings Service) searchable database so that users can house hunt within the comfort of their home or office. In addition, questionnaire forms are provided for obtaining a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) or assistance with finding the home that meets a buyer’s specific needs. For an overview of the Sarasota and Manatee housing markets, a section on featured homes is provided. Another unique feature is the free advertising section for those homeowners desiring to sell their property without a third party agent.

“The Internet, when used correctly, is a vehicle that puts consumers in the driver’s seat – a resource that the user steers and controls to gather only the information that is relevant to them and what they want”, says Ray Villares co-founder of GravityFree. “A Web site such as JustAskJohn.com personalizes the visit by making the sought after information accessible at every turn.”
