This simple-to-use conversion tool allows network users to quickly convert documents into Portable Document Format (PDF) files from any application that has a print command. Users simply download the Print2PDF network print driver to start leveraging the power and flexibility of PDF documents.
Print2PDF 4.0 Server Edition creates version 1.3 or 1.4 PDF that retain the formatting and appearance of the original and can be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat® Reader. The use of PDFs allow the creator of the document to allow others to view their documents, while retaining control of whether the document is edited, printed, or copied. The Stamp feature allows users to brand their document by inserting an image (such as a corporate logo or signature) directly into the document as a watermark.
Print2PDF 4.0 Server Edition allows users to translate almost any type of document into a PDF file. The program supports both portrait and landscape orientations and over 100 paper sizes. Users also have the option of choosing document resolution (96 to 600 DPI), as well as image compression options, to ensure the best print quality possible. The utility supports the highest levels of security and privacy with 40-bit or 128-bit RC4 encryption and two levels of password protection. Users can also specify passwords for opening and modifying documents.
