I have a little one that just started when she was 5. My son started when he was 10. Mile High Karate�s Martial Arts Lessons in Colorado has definitely helped his focus and self-esteem. They�re not very confident at first, when they get into a belt and everything is new, but then they build their confidence by coming to events like this.
