e-Fractal, leading provider of portal solutions and messaging applications, today announced termination of a PARNERSHIP AGREEMENT with SMS@ctive Technologies Corp. (OTC: SMSE).

e-Fractal decided to terminate the partnership agreement because this partnership has not generated any business during its 12 months duration. Beginning August 8th, 2004, SMS@ctive Technologies Corp. doesn’t possess any right to use software and communication protocols developed by e-Fractal and is not authorized to distribute or licence any e-Fractal product, including SMS Touch Explorer (known also as SMS Touch Bar), SMS Touch Outlook and SMS Touch Outlook Express.
Jiri Berger, Managing Director of e-Fractal, commented on this decision: “We are very disappointed with this co-operation which was signed with a promise of a considerable business potential and brought no business at all. On the other hand we were astonished when we discovered that already during the term of our partnership our software was illegaly connected to the SMS@ctive server via our internal proprietary protocol. This was done without our approval and even without our knowledge. As such, this is a clear breach of our licensing agreement.“
