Gilbert Labour announces the Executive Coaching Portal (ECP)

(Free-Press-Release.com) September 23, 2004 -- Life and Executive Coaching now takes place without the use of much automation and other tools. As a result the delivery of the service is extremely expensive having to be done repeatedly from scratch for each new client.

As a result the quality of service is variable from coach to coach and client to client. Up to now there has been no unified approach or tool that provides for the end to end delivery of standard coaching products and services. This situation has now been redressed.

Slated for release 2nd Quarter 2005 the Executive Coaching Portal (ECP) provides functionality for the cost effective coaching of senior executives in corporations, institutions, governments and other large organisations.

Currently only about 0.04% of the population of a large organisation have access to and see on a regular basis an Executive Coach (EC). Why is this so?

Because most Executive Coaches charge $25,000 per month to work with a CEO/CFO/COO level of executive and direct reports to these executives.

It is not justifiable or practical, for a large organisation to provide Executive Coaches for even 200 (0.4%) of the most talented and gifted individuals in the organisation, on that basis.

The purpose of the Executive Coaching Portal (ECP) is to allow an Executive Coach, to leverage his/her unique expertise, with the benefits of this delivery technology.

The ECP can provide an Executive Coaching level of attention to say 200 executives/talented individuals by increasing the ratio of Executive Coaches to Executives from 1:1 to 1:20. This reduces the number of required Executive Coaches from 200 to 10.

The core of the product will comprise a coaching layer (the coaching brand), an extract of internally and externally available company information, specific information about the executive and an integration and logic layer comprising a set of rules, processes and standards.

The product is being developed to run on leading enterprise hardware and system software. The application software itself is being written in a portable language environment utilising the latest security approaches.

It is anticipated the benefits of the product will be cheaper coaching product delivery whilst guaranteeing service quality. It is also applicable to life coaching and a complementary product is also under development fur future release.
