October 6, 2004 (Press Release) --
Granada, Spain – 6 October 2004 -- “TransAction in Action” is a simple phrase but one that is very powerful according to Advent Global, a design and ideas company that has already taken the fast food and packing industry by storm with its innovative BreakAway bag.
“It is often incredibly difficult for companies to create unique powerful slogans that sum up what they do in a few words,” explains Laurence Seidler, CEO of Advent Global. “The global growth in the use of smartcards was the inspiration for this phrase but it has much wider applications in the financial industry. The words were carefully chosen to be easily recognisable by most people as they are the same or very similar across many languages.”
Advent Global has trademarked the phrase in most countries and is now looking to sell the phrase. “Companies can spend a fortune briefing a branding company to come up with a slogan, check that it is unique and then protect it legally,” adds Laurence Seidler. “We like to do things differently and think outside the box for innovative way to tackle challenges. This way, if the slogan appeals to the company, they can buy it from us and start to use it immediately for a fraction of the cost of the traditional route.”
Advent Global has other slogans that it is working on for use in different industries, which will be announced shortly.
