If the service is down, Larkinor can only promise to make a reasonable effort to fix a software problem or to return service as quickly as possible (except in cases where the service interrupt is not related to the Larkinor product itself). Larkinor will make reasonable efforts to restore any loss of character attributes, items, etc, if a global error caused the problem (eg. global database inconsistency). Larkinor is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the loss of data because of the player's fault. Larkinor don't store any login related information. Larkinor don't know, if the actual player is the owner of the character or not, so Larkinor is not responsible for the disadvantage, destruction done by the actual player. Solware stores these information, Solware is responsible to grant the access rights to the owner.
