AKRON, OHIO (November 16, 2004)� Attorney John Gugliotta of Patent, Copyright & Trademark Law Group, LLC announces a new area of concentration, assisting in the patenting of innovations based upon technologies of the former Soviet Union, as well as that of many local Russian immigrants.

Gugliotta and his staff provide and extensive variety of intellectual property legal services for a broad range of products and innovations including industrial products, health care and medical devices, as well as various consumer product categories such as automotive, fishing, golfing, household and others.

Gugliotta has 20 years of experience in engineering, technology review, analysis, and implementation, as well as new product development, which all has worked to support successful intellectual property analysis and protection before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. He received a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. Gugliotta has been successfully preparing patent applications from his offices in Northern Ohio for more than 10 years, and, over the years, has added expertise in chemical, mechanical, electronic and business systems areas. He is also licensed to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, State of Ohio Courts, the Federal Northern District of Ohio and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as being a Registered Professional Engineer.
