Company Plans Expansion of Office Condominiums for Professionals in San Antonio Market
San Antonio, Texas – November 18, 2004 – Steve Huffman, established San Antonio developer and owner of Integra, announced plans to partner with Huffman Builders, a Plano based developer owned and operated by cousin, Jerry Huffman. To mark the new affiliation, Integra will be renamed as “Huffman Developments”.
Locally based developer Steve Huffman has been involved in San Antonio real estate development for more than twenty years, with a strong emphasis in the medical field. His accomplishments include the successful development of an 88,000 square foot medical office building, an ambulatory surgery center, and several medical offices and dialysis clinics. Most recently, however, Steve Huffman has focused his efforts in the commercial condominium market. Professionals including dentists, doctors, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers have been among those signing up to purchase office space, custom designed to suit their needs. Additional projects are underway including a new 5-acre tract along Sonterra Boulevard, with 25,000 square feet pre-sold and 30,000 still available.
