November 26, 2004 (Press Release) -- IECleaner (Internet Evidences Cleaner) is a tool to clean up all tracks written by your browser while your are surfing the Internet.

It provides intelligent ways to eliminate only targeted urls and can clean the browser cache using internal filters, custom filters, or by filtering by date and time.

In addition, you can also clean up all recent documents, user specified folders, cookies (with option to protect selected ones), temp files, typed URLs and the Windows clipboard automatically. IECleaner can optionally shred your files, which overwrites the contents of the specified file and then deletes the file to ensure that it cannot be recovered. The program also prevents unexpected changes to your Internet Explorer settings such as Start page changes or Search page changes and allows you to customize a variety of default locations for IE system folders.

Additional features include a popup killer function and support for keyboard shortcuts (Hotkeys).

IECLeaner also offers a unique sessioncleaning option, that will only eliminate tracks that were create during the current session and leaves all others intact.
