UK authorities, EU Transport Commission and Crown of Great Britain steal intellectual property registered design 2053070 registered at UK Patent office since 1995

In 1995 intellectual property (IP) was registered in the form of a registered design - 12 gold stars in a circle above the country identifier GB on a blue background, reg des 2053070..
Years of correspondence to government departments the secretary of state for transport, Prime Minister followed. In August 2001 in UK Statutory Instrument 561 the IP was legalised without reference to the IP owners.
Further correspondence followed, personal promises from Mr. Tony Blair UK Prime Minister to address the situation followed. Nothing was ever done, there has been a huge government conspiracy to deliberately set out and steal the IP. An application by the IP owners against the UK authorities, Crown of Great Britain and the EU Transport Commission under Article 1 of the Human Rights Act has followed.
