Thinksoft reorganizes for growth

Chennai head-quartered Thinksoft, a leader in Independent testing of Financial Software Applications, today announced its new organization structure to increase its focus on specific large clients and propel its growth based on independently functioning SBU’s and BU’s The new structure will improve operational flexibility and cater to growth needs.
P V Jaishankar, currently Head - Global delivery in Thinksoft will now become President of the newly created Strategic Business Unit for a specific large global client.
Jaishankar has a degree in engineering from BHU and later studied for his MBA at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has 20 years of work experience in the Information Technology industry with firms like CMC, CITIL and Iflex Solutions. Before joining Thinksoft in end 2002 he was the CEO of Mumbai based Indusind Information Technology.
Vanaja Arvind, COO and Executive Director said “We believe that Thinksoft as a pioneer with its Blue-chip clientele is uniquely positioned to bridge the rapidly burgeoning ‘Quality gaps in outsourcing’. This reorganization will help us grow with our customers seamlessly”.
