E} So Sha how�s California. treating you?

S} Good, it�s different from New York but I could get use to it, there are so many talented people here.

E} Have you been hanging out? I hear you been hanging with Kallita Smith from the Bernie Mac show.

S} Wow! I guess that�s how it goes when you�re in the light. We�re just good friends.

E} Tell me about your movie deal with Warner Bros. Pictures.

S} I have a two-movie deal with Warner Bros. Pictures. The first movie to be released in 2005 is �Grace� the second movie is �Killing Things�

E} Tell me about �Grace�. I hear that was created from your novel.

S} Yes �Grace The choices We Make� is the name of my novel. The exec�s over at Warner Bros. told me they like the story from the start. From there we inked the deal.

E} Was it that easy?

S} No, that was the short version. More to the story is there was a lot of back and forth for about two years, but I think the thing that helped my deal was timing and persistence. This business is tough and theirs a lot of competition. I�ve been blessed and I appreciate everything, I take nothing for granted.

E} Sha I can tell from the way you talk that you haven�t always had it easy. Is their character�s in your movie that show apart of you and your struggles?
