December 16, 2004 (Press Release) --
AKRON, OHIO (December 16, 2004)--The Patent, Copyright & Trademark Law Group, LLC announces the recent allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the platform technology for their client, Aria Analytics, Inc.
“We are thrilled our client received the allowance for this platform technology,” said John Gugliotta, Patent Attorney. “Aria’s AMI technology has many medical and industrial uses as well as multiple applications for the food, beverage, and chemical industries. It will be very useful to many people and industries throughout the world.”
Aria Analytics, Inc., plans to market a novel acoustic mechanical impedance (AMI) analytical device, developed at the Russian Institute of Applied Physics in Nizhny Novgorod. Aria’s AMI device provides rapid characterization of complex liquids by drying a micro-sample of liquid on an oscillating quartz crystal and obtaining a unique and reproducible signature of that liquid.
It is expected that final publication of this first patent will occur in the US early next year, while other patents remain pending.
Gugliotta successfully prepares patent applications for individuals from Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania, from his offices in Northeast Ohio. Over the past 12 years applying for patents, he has added expertise in chemical, mechanical, electronic and business systems areas. Gugliotta is licensed to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, State of Ohio Courts, the Federal Northern District of Ohio and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as being a Registered Professional Engineer.
