SHAWNEE, KANSAS — (23 Sep 2004) Perceptive Software, Inc., today announced that Avis Europe plc (FTSE: AVE) selected ImageNow® as a key component in document imaging, management and workflow processes supporting the Avis network across 13 European countries.
Avis Europe, the leading car rental company in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, needed a sophisticated document imaging solution to facilitate the management of supplier invoices and customer correspondence between international operations. Once Avis Europe witnessed the capabilities of ImageNow, the scope of application for the software was expanded to support Accounts Receivable processing tasks.

ImageNow handles more than 200 popular electronic object types. All imaged documents are stored remotely using ImageNow Server™ at colocation facilities in London and Frankfurt.
