Debuts at The Vanity Fare Banquet Facility on January 28, 2005

Brick, New Jersey (December 30, 2004) – Next Step Productions, the promoter of unique events celebrating life’s joyful milestones is introducing a totally new concept in bridal shows at the Vanity Fare Banquet Facility in Lakewood, NJ on Friday, January 28, 2005 from 7:00 P.M to 11:00 P.M.
The company’s “Engagement Celebration Bridal Fair” concept is an exclusive, pre- registered event designed to entertain and inform engaged couples only, who are planning their upcoming weddings.
According to Debbie Ventriello, president of Next Step Productions, “After working as a bridal industry sales consultant for more than 5 years, I realized there was a need for a new type of bridal event – one that is more relaxed, intimate and informative.”
“The traditional bridal shows do a good job of promoting their events and drawing crowds,” explains Ventriello. “But the audience is not well targeted. Attendees not only include engaged couples, but also parents, grand parents, friends and young children. Basically anyone can attend a typical bridal show and quite frankly, many attend for the free food.”
The Next Step Productions Engagement Celebration Bridal Fair provides a bridal show alternative that benefits both engaged couples and bridal industry vendors. Invited couples will attend an actual semi-formal reception with food and entertainment. Traditional bridal services such as DJ, videographer, photographer, floral arrangements, etc. will be provided by a select group of vendors. “This format allows vendors to fully demonstrate the services they provide and enable engaged couples to have a great night out.”

Ventriello stresses the exclusivity of the event, “Only the first 50-75 couples who R.S.V.P. will be able to attend. I really want these couples to leave the Engagement Celebration Bridal Fair feeling that they had a great time and knowing how to plan a wonderful wedding.”
Only one week after introducing the Engagement Celebration concept to her bridal industry contacts, Ventriello signed the following vendors: All Dolled Up Beauty Salon, ChazMaTazz Formalwear, Country Store Jewelers, Invitations & More by Katrina, Just a Little Something for Brides, Nicole’s Boutique, Magnum Video and Photography, Princeton Avenue Florist, Unforgettable D.J’s. and the Vanity Fare Catering. “The initial vendor response has been tremendous!” says Ventriello. “I expect many more to sign on in the next few weeks.”
