FileOn, a Norwalk Connecticut-based provider of Enterprise Document Management solutions announced today that it has entered into a three-year agreement with the Norwalk (CT) Redevelopment Agency to automate its paperwork processes. Under the terms of this agreement, FileOn will implement the FileOn eLibrary Document Management
System and provide conversion services for existing documents to be used on the system. Says Ron Bleiberg, Vice President of Products and Services for FileOn; “The Norwalk Redevelopment Agency (NRA) is a microcosm of a city government. The FileOn eLibrary will provide the ability to share information across all departments and work groups.” The NRA has an Executive with administrative staff, and entities that deal with issues such as Taxes and
Assessment, Law and litigation, Human Resources, Land Development / special projects, Planning and Zoning, Finance, Environmental protection, Grant Writing and Engineering.
