January 19, 2005 (Press Release) -- To meet the needs of customers looking for vacation rentals and commercial property to rent online, Graham Management has launched a new database-driven website, http://www.grahamrentalproperties.com.

The new web site features cottages and homes for rent with extensive photo galleries of each property and availability calendars that are updated daily by Graham Management.

"We listened to our customers and clients and we knew that implementing new technology into our web site was an important step in our growth as a business,” stated Kennie Lyle, manager of Graham Management. "Our new web site will allow us to keep our property information up-to-date and it will help improve our customer communication and client relations."

Graham Management’s new web site is a database-driven web site that allows web site visitors to view properties online, search listings by type or location and review an availability calendar for each listing.

"We partnered with Harbor Springs Web Design since their services are affordable and the web site that they developed for us is customizable to our needs," continued Lyle. "They created a site that is unique and will enhance how we do business."

Due to the nature of the property management business, Graham Management needed a web site that would allow them to add and update listings themselves, not to mention revise calendars for each listing frequently.

"For Graham Management, we developed a web site that is unique for their business that they can update on their own," said Marcie Szczubelek, partner with Harbor Springs Web Design. "They can update information at their convenience and revise calendars as weeks are filled."

"With our pricing structure and payment plan, local businesses like Graham Management now have an affordable solution for implementing today’s technology into their web site while broadening their market," added Cindy Dickson, partner with Harbor Springs Web Design.
